Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be facing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. When it feels hard to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, therapy can provide the safe space you need to pause, reflect, and find your way forward.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we can explore what is happening for you, how it affects your day-to-day life, and what might need to shift so you can live more fully and authentically.
I believe each of us has a unique story, and that by developing greater self-awareness, we can open the door to more freedom and choice in how we live.

I am a qualified integrative humanistic counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP. I am trained in Person-centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt approaches. I work holistically, attending to both mind and body, and tailor my work to your individual needs.
I create a calm, non-judgemental space in which we can work collaboratively to explore emotional difficulties and the experiences or patterns that may be shaping your wellbeing across different areas of your life.
Therapy is a collaborative and relational process. I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore what feels important to you, at your own pace. Together, we gently work towards greater understanding, choice, and meaningful change.

Therapy with me is flexible — some people come for a few sessions, others for longer-term work. However long you choose, the space is yours.
Walk-and-talk therapy provides a relaxed, outdoor space that many people find calming and freeing, helping them feel at ease while exploring their thoughts and emotions.

Sometimes words don’t fully capture what we’re experiencing. Bringing creativity into therapy can offer a gentle, alternative way to explore feelings and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally.
You don’t need any artistic ability or experience — the focus isn’t on creating artwork, but on using the creative process as another way of understanding yourself. Through this kind of exploration, people often experience greater emotional clarity, relief from anxiety or stress, and new ways of responding to grief, loss, or change.
Creative work in therapy can also support a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others, helping to build confidence, resilience, and fresh perspective. Used in this way, creativity can open up meaningful insights and support movement towards change that feels authentic and empowering.
I work from three locations, Basingstoke, Baughurst and Winchester. So I can be flexible wherever works best for you. I also work online.
